Four Hand IPA

As I first popped the top and took a whiff I drifted back in time to a smell that reminded me of Dad's homemade white wine. No doubt the smell of the yeast coming through. This beer had a crisp, dry hop flavor with a little yeast backdrop. A refreshing IPA, which may be good for someone who isn't ready for the big hop punch in the mouth. A few years ago this would've been all the hop I would want, now, almost not enough. I would drink this with a french dip sandwich and some homemade chips.
